Our first stop after leaving Panama was Banana Bay, Costa Rica where we cleared customs and rested after a few rough days. While at Banana Bay we watched the Super Bowl on a Fox Spanish station. Also watching the game with us was as group from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a group from the United States Coast Guard boat out of Astoria,Washington. This made for a very exciting game.
Our next port of call was Los Suenos Resort and Marina. This is a very upscale marina mostly filled with large sport fishing boats. This is a great resort area, lots of upscale shops and restaurants and hotel.
